Just a few months after refereeing the 2019 IGR Union Cup Final between your very own Manchester Village Spartans’ 1st XV and the Kings Cross Steelers 1st XV, world renowned International Rugby referee, Nigel Owens is set to ref the Rugby World Cup Semi-final on Saturday between England and New Zealand in Yokohama, Japan with a kick-off at 9am UK time.
