We’re really pleased to announce that the Manchester Village Spartans RUFC are the first Rugby Club to have been invited to pose and appear in the global phenonemon that is the Worldwide Roar Calendar.
Sold in over 80 countries, the hugely popular calendar (which started life as the Warwick Rowers calendar) helps fund the Sport Allies charity, which very kindly produced an amazing film following the Spartans back in 2019 which was broadcast on Sky Sports as part of Sky’s Rainbow Laces Campaign.
A squad’s worth of players from across the whole club spent a fantastic day with some of the Calendar’s biggest stars, posing naked at Manchester Rugby Club.
WR will be releasing plenty more information and behind-the-scene’s content over the coming weeks and months so we’d recommend you pop over to www.wordwideroar.org to subscribe and find out more.
But before you go….. subscribe to our Spartans newsletter and we’ll send you a 10% Off Discount Code to use against the purchase or pre-order of the 2022 Worldwide Roar Calendar, featuring some of your favourite models and, of course, your favourite Gay and Inclusive Rugby Club.
*Terms and conditions apply (at the WR website). We’ll be sending emails to subscribers of our newsletter after Manchester Pride Weekend. Please check your spam later in the week if you haven’t received your code or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Meanwhile, here are some behind the scenes shots.
